The Rebel Sanctuary
I’ve been reflecting a lot on space and stillness—not planets and stars, but internal, emotional, and mental space.
Noisy spaces can feel crowded, even when they’re empty.
Quiet spaces, when used to connect with yourself, are calming, soothing, and deeply healing.
The intention behind The Rebel Sanctuary is to create those kinds of spaces.
The world is getting noisier, more volatile, and shakier. Everything moves faster now. But we don’t create stillness by trying to slow down the world.
We create it by slowing our internal world.
My entire healing journey began there.
At first, I didn’t know who I was. I didn’t know what I wanted. I didn’t know how to “fix” the things I saw around me. I didn’t understand my own impact on my life.
Stillness—honest, uncomfortable, clarifying stillness—showed me who I was. It showed me the power I had and how to work with the pain I had once tried to escape and run away from.
The Rebel Philosopher (me) still has plenty to say.
The rebel in me knows most of what we’re taught is an illusion.
That the world will not collapse if we stop following the rules.
That we’re far more powerful than we were led to believe.
That’s the root of this work—this deeper, quieter, more grounded path.
The Rebel Sanctuary will still include my usual thoughts, but The Stillhouse Within is about something more spacious.
It’s cliché to say it, but I’m not here to convince you of anything.
I’m not here to make promises or sell transformations.
I’m simply pointing to something real inside of you.
Something you may have forgotten.
To feel it, you’ll need quiet instead of noise.
You’ll need space instead of structure.
That’s what The Stillhouse Within is becoming:
A quiet space for reflection, reconnection, and remembering.
These posts may get a little shorter.
A little deeper.
Sometimes even a little poetic.
I’ve already shared a few verses. There are more coming.
One of the new offerings that reflects this gentler rhythm is the Uncoaching Space.
Traditional coaching never felt like home to me.
I don’t do 5-step plans or magic formulas.
What I offer is a conversation—sometimes deep, sometimes simple, but always real.
Here’s what Uncoaching looks like:
No schedules.
No required video calls.
No appointments.
You decide what you need and when.
Send a message, a voice note, or set up a video chat.
It’s unrestricted, open access to me for 4 weeks, 3 months, or 6 months—the choice is yours.
You can pause. You can leave.
You can even request a refund for unused time.
This is about safety, trust, and sovereignty—not about pressure or contracts.
There’s still the option for a one-time 60-minute session, just once per person. If you move into an Uncoaching Space after that, what you paid for the session will be credited toward it.
There’s more coming soon:
A book.
A self-guided virtual retreat.
A book club focused on the inner world.
If any of this sparks your interest, I invite you to explore The Stillhouse Within. I can’t wait to share it all with you.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for reading.
Your presence means more than you know.
Love to all,
Della
